IDPA is coming to Waterford Fish and Game Association in 2012!
International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) Competition will be starting at Waterford Fish and Game Association (WFGA) with the Inaugural Match on Saturday, 9JUN12. Three more matches are planned for this first season on 7JUL12, 8SEP12, and 13OCT12 (all Saturdays). IDPA is a concealed carry, action pistol competition that is challenging and fun for both novice and experienced shooters. For more information, visit www.idpa.com
WFGA matches will be 4 or 5 stages that include steel and moving targets along with the standard targets. The match fee is $20. Matches will typically start at 9:00AM.
Shooters with no previous action shooting experience will be required to take a New to Competition Course (NTCC) before competing. Waterford will run a NTCC before the start of the season; check our web site (www.waterfordfishandgame.net) for the date.
